Welcome to Swift Care ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking our services.


2. Service Provided

Swift Care offers personalized caregiving services, including:
✔️ Daily assistance and personal care
✔️ Overnight support
✔️ Specialized recovery and disability care
✔️ Errand services

All services are subject to availability and assessment of individual needs.


3. Booking & Payments

✔️ All bookings must be scheduled in advance.

✔️ Payments must be made before or at the time of service, based on the agreed plan.

✔️ Cancellations or rescheduling require at least [X] hours/days notice to avoid penalties.


4. Client Responsibilities

Clients and their families must:

✔️ Provide accurate health and personal details relevant to care.
✔️ Ensure a safe environment for caregiving.
✔️ Notify us of any service adjustments in advance.


5. Liability Disclaimer

✔️ Swift Care provides non-medical caregiving services and does not offer medical diagnoses, treatments, or emergency medical care.

✔️ In case of emergencies, Swift Care will contact appropriate emergency services but is not liable for medical outcomes.


6. Privacy & Data Protection

All personal data shared with us is handled per our Privacy Policy and in compliance with GDPR and Dutch data protection laws.


7. Modifications to Services & Terms

We reserve the right to update service offerings, pricing, and terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to clients.


8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
